Ms. Jocelyn Smith is President and CEO of J.Smith Management, LLC a boutique firm specializing in Information Technology Project Management consultant services. The Company was founded in 2014 as a Certified Minority Woman Owned Small Business, offering a list of services for business and agencies.
Ms. Smith began her career in Washington, DC as a Help Desk Support Specialist for an America’s Choice Inc. supporting seven different offices locations on the East to West Cost with technical issues. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Information Systems, from Saint Augustine’s University, in Raleigh, NC and Masters of Business Administration with a dual concentration in Information Security and Finance from Trinity University of Washington, DC.
Ms. Smith has over 15 years of extensive experience working in the government and private sectors, providing business and technology strategies to multi-million dollar projects. Jocelyn is an expert in managing large software technical implementation projects. Her style fosters open communication so that a solid plan can be built and allows for accommodations along the way without turning everything upside down. Jocelyn works hard toward understanding the client’s needs and driving toward the agreed plan.
Over the years Jocelyn has provided business strategies to multi-million dollar companies aligning with technology solutions to drive process improvements, competitive advantage and bottom-line gains.
